许愿板转换utf-8完成 PDF Print E-mail

本来没打算转许愿板的编码，但是用了几天，发现许愿板的数据库里全是乱码，虽然显示没有问题，但是以后数据处理会有麻烦。所以昨晚一番周折把许愿板转成了utf-8编码。现在真的全站都是utf-8了。
