费米能级(Fermi level) 我查了一些资料，有不同的定义，但是我觉得都不确切，看个人理解了。
网上定义：The Fermi level is the level at which the electron occupancy is 0.5 (or the highest filled level at 0 K).
港大notes：Fermi level is the energy at which the probability of occupying the energy state is exactly one-half.
不过我喜欢这种解释：所謂費米能階~~金屬內的電子因苞利不相容原理~~故不能每一個電子都在最低的
能階~~便一個一個依序往高能階填直到最後一個填進的那個能階便是費米能階 相关资料：
The Fermi energy is the energy of the electrons in that level. The highest energy level in the crystal that can remain populated by electrons at a temperature of Absolute Zero.
